Die Reihe sucht nach gemeinsamen F\u00e4den zwischen so unterschiedlichen Welten wie Dirigieren, Schach, Ballett und Unternehmertum und stellt fest, dass die Spielregeln gar nicht so verschieden sind: Aufmerksamkeit, Disziplin, Beziehung, Rhythmus und Mut. Eine Spitzenleistung ist nicht das Werk eines Einzelnen, sondern der Beziehung zwischen allen auf der B\u00fchne. Autorit\u00e4t entsteht nicht aus einer Position, sondern aus Wissen, Vorbereitung und der F\u00e4higkeit, zuzuh\u00f6ren und zu lenken, ohne zu dominieren.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Ein wichtiger Teil ihres Werkzeugs ist auch der Humor. Wenn die Anspr\u00fcche hoch sind und der Druck steigt, wirkt Humor wie ein Ventil, das Spannung l\u00f6st und verbindet, ohne jemanden zu verletzen. Diese menschliche W\u00e4rme sp\u00fcren auch unsere jungen Musiker, die in den Proben lernen, dass Orchesterarbeit eine gemeinsame Suche nach Gleichgewicht ist.<\/p>\n\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"vc_row-full-width vc_clearfix\"><\/div><div id=\"ut-row-6aec846e40a13\" data-vc-full-width=\"true\" data-vc-full-width-init=\"false\" class=\"vc_row wpb_row vc_row-fluid vc_column-gap-0 ut-row-6aec846e40a1e\" ><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-6\" ><div id=\"ut_inner_column_6aec846e41023\" class=\"vc_column-inner\" ><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\r\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column wpb_content_element\" >\r\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\r\n\t\t\t<p class=\"p1\">Einen besonderen Platz im Gespr\u00e4ch erhielt die Kunst als <i>leise Infrastruktur der Zukunft<\/i>. \u017diva wies darauf hin, dass Kunst keine Dekoration der Gesellschaft ist, sondern ihr Spiegel und oft ihr Beschleuniger: Sie st\u00e4rkt den Sinn f\u00fcr Gemeinschaft, das Zuh\u00f6ren und die Empathie und erm\u00f6glicht das Zusammenleben der Verschiedenheit. <strong>Wenn die Wirtschaft die Kunst unterst\u00fctzt, unterst\u00fctzt sie nicht die Freizeit, sondern ein Umfeld, in dem Ideen, Mut und soziale Intelligenz entstehen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Genau deshalb reichen unsere Projekte und Programme von ART BSA \u00fcber die Konzerts\u00e4le hinaus: Sie verbinden junge Menschen aus Slowenien und dem Ausland, bauen Br\u00fccken und schaffen Strukturen, in denen Talent wachsen kann.<\/p>\n\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container vc_col-sm-6\" ><div id=\"ut_inner_column_6aec846e414a6\" class=\"vc_column-inner\" ><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><div  class=\"wpb_content_element   clearfix\"><style type=\"text\/css\">#ut_am_6aec846e4181f { opacity: 1;
