The orchestra, made up of POK24 participants and members of the Slovenian Youth Orchestra, under the skilful baton of conductor \u017diva Ploj Per\u0161uh, took the audience on an emotional journey through unforgettable film melodies such as Tom and Jerry, Kekec and The Godfather.<\/p>\n<p>The highlight of the evening was a special performance by the Finnish soloist Lauri Porra, who presented his remarkable composition <em>Entropia \u2013 Concerto for Electric Bass Guitar and Symphony Orchestra<\/em>. This innovative highlight of the evening, combining classical and modern elements, added a dynamic and electrifying energy to the concert.<\/p>\n<p>The event was masterfully presented by Marcel \u0160tefan\u010di\u010d. The Slovenian Youth Orchestra once again demonstrated its commitment to nurturing young talent, delivering a performance that not only thrilled the audience but also visibly moved the musicians, some of whom shed tears of joy as they received a standing ovation.<\/p>\n<p>The concert featured a varied selection of pieces, including Bernstein's <em>Mambo<\/em> and Tchaikovsky's <em>Waltz of the Flowers<\/em>, each performed with intense passion and skill.
