The Ljubljana International Orchestra has invited selected musicians of the Slovenian Youth Orchestra to participate in the Orchestra Academy, which will again this year be dedicated to international emerging musicians and will operate within the framework of the Sounds of Change project of Creative Europe.
Both Slovenian and Ukrainian young musicians, experienced in the process of learning complex programmes in a short time, will take part in workshops led by professional musicians to improve their technique and hone their musical skills. In a simulation of a professional symphony orchestra, the young musicians will perform alongside professionals in concerts both in Novi Sad (Serbia) and Ljubljana.
