The Career Centre is a unique platform aimed at young professional musicians. It offers them specialised programmes, a range of tools and useful skills to launch a successful professional career in the modern world.

Our courses are designed in cooperation with experts and are intended for young musicians to improve their skills, prepare for auditions, and upgrade their repertoire.

WORKSHOPS
The workshops are designed for musicians who are looking for professional development. We offer career counselling, training, and practice to build up their skills and self-confidence.
ORCHESTRA
ACADEMY
The Academy is a programme for participants who want to develop their technical skills, and experience through adaption training, the simulation of a professional orchestra in professional work situations.

The centre is dedicated to building competences, fostering intercultural dialogue, establishing international links and working closely with various partners, city communities, businesses, sponsors, art lovers and the media. In this spirit, we promote the arts to a wider audience, organise key cultural events and open the door to a world of wider opportunities for youth musicians and young professional musicians.
